healthy packed meal recipe

person 1, packed meal.

name of dish: basic healthy pizza

Ingredients needed:
- 1 slice of whole grain bread
- 2 to 3 table spoons of pasta sauce (tomatao sauce)
- 1 hot dog
- 1 stalk of spring onion
- 1 slice of pineapple
- 2 to 3 table spoons of mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Step 1:
pre-heat the oven to 180 degree celsius.
Step 2:
Flatten the bread with a roller.
Step 3:
Spread a layer of pasta sauce (tomato sauce) on the bread. (BUT, leave the sides of the bread uncovered with the sauce.).
Step 4:
Cut the hot dog, pineapple and spring onion.
Step 5:
Place the slice hot dogs, pineapple and spring onion on the bread. (* DOES NOT need to be arranged in a proper manner.)
Step 6:
Top the bread with the mozzarella cheese. (Leave the sides of the bread uncovered with cheese so that the sides will form like the pizza crust.)
Step 7:
Lastly, put the bread into the oven and let the oven bake the bread until the cheese is melted and the sides turn crusty.

My reason for recommending this dish:
Because this dish is packed with calcium and the bread that acts as the pizza is in the Healthy Diet Paramid.
